Pregnancy symptoms???

Listen ladies.. this may be tmi, but has anyone else (while pregnant) got constipated like BAD? I haven’t started my period, we BD’ed 1-2 days after my birthday (the 10th of November) I’ve took 3 pregnancy test 1 a vvvvvvfl, 1 a positive and 1 a negative.. I’m getting the red spots on my chest like my mom got when she was pregnant with me and she told me I’m pregnant. I’m just curious because I am SUPER constipated.. I’m having these weird cramps in my stomach (not my ovaries) my belly and I’m so confused! 😊
