Regulation?

Question

Has anyone regulated their period naturally? Sometimes I️ go months without bleeding, others I️ go months with bleeding. I️ just want to be normal. It’s so stressful and I’ve went to my doctor with the concern and they just did an ultrasound then prescribed birth control. Not even sure when or if I️ ovulate. If you have regulated with natural methods what did you use?

I've heard Vitex helps with that. I have not tried it yet, but it was recommended as something to take as we've had troubles conceiving. I'll start it if AF comes on 12/2.

Following this as I'm the exact same. I've been trying cinnamon which I think did help but it made my stomach cramp so bad 😩

I used to be like this. I got on birth control when I was 14 because of this. Even WITH BC, I still didn’t have regular periods. I got pregnant two years ago(I was on antibiotics so it canceled out my bc I guess) and miscarried a few months later. I’ve been off of bc since trying to get pregnant and ever since the miscarriage my periods are ALWAYS on time. The 1st of every month it comes and the 4th it leaves. I also used to have horrid bleeding and cramps before the miscarriage and now it’s pretty normal. My husband says I’m not so moody during periods now too.

I just ordered some tea with Raspbery Leaf and I'm trying to increase my iron and zinc intake. I'm also on my second round of provera (no so natural way). Still no sign of AF for me...
