Losing Control? 9 weeks Pregnant

I am 9 weeks pregnant with my second child. I have felt pretty good the past few days but I keep suddenly getting a feeling that I am going to vomit out of no where and have to run for the bathroom. I still feel okay after I vomit too just random urges. Anyone else have this? Tonight was an extra special treat as I vomited seeing how I peed a little at the same time 🤦🏻‍♀️ I feel like I am losing control of my body. Anyone else go through this? Anything help?
