My Ex Got A New Girlfriend...

So my ex and I️ are still kind of friends, or we’re still kind of friends. We’ve actually been broken up for like 5 months but we still acted like we were together, well we got a little distant but we’re not together so I️ didn’t think much of it. Well he posted her today on social media.. my bestfriend actually texted and told me. It hurt so bad...worst pain in my chest besides us breaking up. Ahhhhh I️ wish I️ wouldn’t feel like this because it’s not like we broke up yesterday but just seeing the post made it so real that I️ need to move on 😞. It just hurts.. like damn he really got a new woman. Sooooo any advice on how to move on? Ugh
