I can't stop

My vag/labia is so ITCHY. Why?!? I don't think it has anything to do with yeast. I don't have any weird discharge. It just itches so bad. Shaving seemed to help for a couple days BUT shaving comes with its own issues so it's not a perfect solution. Is this all in my head or is itching down there a legit thing during pregnancy? It's only itchy on the outside, not inside and it hurts so good to scratch. 😩
