I put coconut oil in my vagina daily because i heard it helps restore oh balance& its goos for you.. anything else that will keep my vagina smelling good and fresh

Nothing needs to go into your vagina, none, nada, zip, zero. By introducing that, it's making your pH balances way off. Vaginas are self-cleaning, self-maintaining machines and you're putting sugar in the gas tank.

I wouldn’t put anything in your vagina unless a dr prescribed I️t to you , wether it’s said to help or not . You can fix your ph other ways that are less intrusive such as eating yogurt and drinking lots of water

You should not be putting anything “inside” your vagina unless your doctor recommends it. Your vagina has its own natural pH level, putting anything inside your vagina may cause infection. Eating a balanced diet with fruits, vegetables, plenty of water with regular showers/good personal hygiene is what your body needs to stay “fresh”.

I dont put anything up in there except lube and cream when I have a yeast infection.but I use coconut oil for when I get out of the shower on the outside of the vagina cuz it does balance out PH
