Feeling sick

So this is kinda a funny post. I got chipotle today and I'm deathly ill. I never get lettuce and today I did. My period is in 5 days, and I haven't puked since I was a little girl. I got sick and threw up today. I am sexually active with my fiancé and I am on the pill. I take my pill around the same time every night, and when I got sick tonight I didn't have the pill yet, so I did not vomit up the pill. I have never missed a dose but we have intercourse without a condom, but he still pulls out. So I'm freaking out because I haven't puked in so long, and that's a sign of pregnancy? Help 😂😷
