Normal ingrown hairs or std?????? NEED HELP!!!

About a week ago my boyfriend and I had sex. We’ve had sex before but that’s besides the point. About two days later these pop up....

I shaved before going to his house btw. What does it look like to you?? Horrible razor bumps or std???  ( yes, I have been picking at them🤮)

Whenever I get razor bumps or shaving rash I use unscented deodorant - just rub it over the affected area. It really helps dry them out and leaves the skin feeling smooth.

Try tea tree oil and sweet almond oil they’ll soothe the area and slowly lighten the acne scaring.
