Confused

I grew up really close to my neighbors, they were like family. They have a son that is quite a bit older than me but it would be legal for us to be together now and I’m not sure if he has feelings for me.

I recently went back to see his family and while I was with his parents his dad introduced me to people as “(his name)’s future fiancé” and his mom pulled me away giggling. After that I got some time to spend with him and it went really well.

When I went back home (different state) he started texting me and it’s been almost non stop. I feel like he’s flirting but at the same time im not sure. He told me I take cute pictures on Snapchat and we talked about our age difference. I know that’s not much to go off of.

I’m 21 he’s 33
