progesterone?!?!?! wtf????

hiya!! okay so my periods have been all sorts of crazy for the last year. they were always 28-29 day cycles but then it went haywire. some months i would have two periods, other times id go three or four months without a period. so i made an OB appt about a month or two ago and they did bloodwork. all they said was i show oddly high signs of progesterone. they told me to call and make an appt any time my cycle reaches out to 40 days. so here i am, day 42 and i just made my appt.

im scared as hell- what does too much progesterone mean?! my appt isnt until december 20th so ive got a while to worry 😭

anddd im not pregnant. so what in the workd.

anyone else have this issue?? what does it mean?!
