Getting through teething advice

My LO is 11 months and just popped his first tooth yesterday and has 3 more close behind. He's ok when he has a teething toy or has frozen fruit in a mesh feeder, but his appetite is up and down, he's incredibly fussy, freaks out at nap/bedtime and has a hard time falling asleep even though he's tired. Tylenol and Motrin didn't do a thing. He slept with us last night and that was a nightmare for me because he was constantly waking up. How are or did you get through this? Do I need to just stock up on wine? I'm seriously not getting anything done during the day with how clingy he is all of a sudden. Any advice would be wonderful!!
