Last night my SO and me were having sex. We have been married three months and together almost 3 years. He is well aware of my anxiety and possible depression but i don't like to show emotions like that in front of him because it's embarrassing and he gets overly worried. Well I legit have an anxiety attack mid sex and I started bawling. I couldn't even explain why. Now he feels like he's done something wrong. Why do emotions do this shit to us 🙃
