So I️ have a pap smear appointment tomorrow morning I’m only 15 and my mom doesn’t know that I’m not a virgin . She told me that if I️ was sexually active that I️ would be in big trouble and I️ would have to break up with my boyfriend . So I️ was wondering if my obgyn can tell if I’m a virgin . My mom says they can

If they can, they will not tell your mother. They will ask your mother to leave the room if you’re uncomfortable. 
However, as a 15 year old, you need to be properly educated on sex. You should sit down and discuss this with your mother.

If you don't mind me asking, why are you getting a pap? In my state you don't have to get your first app until 21

You don't have to have a pap if you are not sexually active I had a several paps while a virgin I told the doctor and they didn't believe me. I don't think they can tell because after my paps my doctor still didn't believe me. needless to say I left that doctor and my new doctor was so upset when she found out I think she might report it. I don't think a doctor can tell it might just be something your mom said to scare you.

Current recommendations is to start Pap smears at age 21. So if the appointment is for a pap(screening for cervical cancer), call and cancel. If your going because you have had an issue in that area (pain, discharge) and are going for a pelvic exam that is different.
Reproductive health is very protected. You have the right to ask people (like your mom) to leave the room. The medical provider should ask if you are okay talking in front of who you brought.  And your privacy is federally protected. Only way they would tell anything to anyone is if they suspect abuse (mandatory reporters).
