Advice ??

So i have HSV2 and i was diagnosed about two weeks ago. A week ago i was on my period while my first out break was trying to heal. It finally did but as soon as i got off my period, the skin that connects my butt and vagina has been so tender. Almost if i was bruised there, but there’s nothing there at all. Has anyone ever felt this sensation ?? I’m also starting to get a little itchy again but Idk if it’s another outbreak or just a yeast infection (i usually get yeast infections after my period). I stopped taking the acyclovir for a few day and now I’m back on, do you think since i stopped for a few days I’m having another outbreak ? Also how frequently do you take your medication? I only stopped taking them because i had no symptoms....
