My fit pregnancy- week 7

I’ve decided I’m going to do weekly updates on my pregnancy. I’m a mother of 1 and I’m pregnant with my second. I live a very active lifestyle, and am vegan. Before finding out i was pregnant I signed up for a 5k Spartan Race, so I’m currently training for that. I will be 32 weeks at the time of the race, and as long as my pregnant is healthy I look forward to completing it.

I’m still feeling fairly decent so far. My biggest issues are bloating and exhaustion. I’m thinking part of my exhaustion might be coming from my diet. I’m considering getting some eggs from a local farm and seeing if adding animal protein to my diet helps.

I’m really enjoying all the time I can with my daughter. It’s sinking in that this will be our last Christmas as a family of 3 and I want to enjoy her as much as I can, because the clock is ticking before my time is divided.

Because of the exhaustion cardio sessions at the gym have been shorter and slower, but I’m still hitting yoga and weights to keep active.
