No fetal pole detected (please read) :(

I should be just over 6 weeks but had some brown spotting last night with a bit of red spotting this morning it’s back to brown now but I don’t need a pad and only happens if I wipe or lightly check with a q tip. My ultrasound detected a small cyst on my left ovary which they weren’t concerned about at all. With my ultrasound I measured somewhere in the five week mark which happens but no fetal pole., they aren’t ruling miscarriage again Yet ( had one a year ago) just wondering if anyone had any stories? I’m pretty sad and numb right now
