boyfriend scared to hurt the baby

so since I've been pregnant I'm almost 13 weeks we found out I was at 4 weeks we have only had sex twice we used to do it 3 times a week and both times I've practically had to beg for it he seems really nervous about it and he keeps saying he doesn't want to hurt the baby i have explained to him as long as it's not rough wild nutty sex then we're fine but he still feels like somethings going to go wrong and the other day he had a dream a little hand grabbed the end of it when we where at it 😂😂😂😂 I know this is impossible but he seems so cautious any tips into getting him to feel more in the mood and less nervous ??? I have told him sooo many times the baby is small and it will never grab the end of it but I can't help but laugh that he thinks it will 😂😂😂😂
