A little confused 🤷🏼‍♀️

So I bought a opk and used it this whole cycle, 42 days, and I never had a positive. I haven’t gone to see an Obgyn yet, because I just got married and got on my husbands insurance. Would they prescribe something to help me ovulate or would there need to be blood tests and other stuff done before they do that?

Also, how long do it take to get test results back for those things?

Another question, at what point I. My cycle should I go to the Obgyn? AF showed today, so when should I make an appointment for?
