Had this happen to you???

So today I am 5 weeks 2 days. I have been experiencing light cramping throughout the day for almost a week. No spotting or bleeding but I'm just wondering if this is normal because I didn't happen to me before. I know every pregnancy is different but it still kinda worries me. especially because I had a chemical in September. Cramps then were much stronger and I started to bleed after two days of bad cramps. Mainly just looking for reassurance, let me hear your stories.
