What am I doing wrong?

So to start I already have a child from a previous relationship, but in my current relationship my wife, and I have been trying for about 6 months. The last time it took no time and my ex was pregnant, but she also held out on me a lot so I had a lot of buildup. My wife though is like me, she can't get enough. We went from sex everyday 4 times or more a day now down to once or twice on the second day. Still no baby. is it me or could it be her?

It takes a normal healthy couple about a year to get pregnant. make sure she is using ovulation test to predict when she is ovulating and try having sex during that time. And I've heard it's best to have sex every other day as it helps with building up sperm and can increase your chances. If nothing by a year both of you should see a Dr. Her just her gyno can do test to see if there is an issue. I dont know her cycle but if she has irregular cycles that could be a sign of her not ovulating as much. If she has a regular cycle then she still should go and find out if there is anything going on with her or anything with you as well. there coukd be nothing wrong with either of you but it's always best to rule it out.

Sperm production changes all the time, so who knows what kind of health your sperm are in now. Most likely since you are a father, you probably don’t have any issues. I would rule out your wife as the culprit first before thinking the issue is you. Are her periods regular? Is she even ovulating? Sounds like you’re having plenty of sex, so I doubt it’s a timing issue.
