Where should I start so I can lose weight?
I’m 19 and 168lbs, even though it doesn’t look like I’m overweight I technically overweight but only by 18lbs. My goal weight is around 130 ( That’s as low as I should go to still be healthy ), but I am okay with maintaining 140lbs. My thing is I don’t know where to start. I’m comfortable in my skin as of now but I still would like to tone my body and loose some excess fat here and there. Plus I miss my old clothes. They are comfy and cute and some I haven’t even gotten to wear which is a waste of money.
