Migraine lasting over 12 hours

Hey guys!

So I have my period right now, and last night around 4 AM I had an aura (I saw stars in my eyes and couldn’t see anything; it’s a warning sign of a migraine) and a few minutes later I was hit with one of the worst migraines of my life. It was so bad, I started vomiting, and it didn’t start getting better until 7. All day, I’ve had a slight headache, but nothing like it was earlier. Do any of you guys go through this? How do you make the headaches go away? I’m going on 12 hours now 😭
