Milk supply
So I’m currently 8 months pregnant as of today. I’ve read that milk usually usually comes in a few days before or after giving birth but I wanna know If there’s anything I can do to prepare myself so I can be ready for when the baby is here? I also read that pumping before birth can mess with hormones, so I’m not sure what to do to make sure I’m ready.
