Membrane sweep

39+2 had my membranes swept like crazy today this is the second time. Doctor said I would spot but since then every time I wipe it’s like a period with blood clots. Have some cramping but no idea if they are contractions Bc I don’t know what contractions feel like. Is this normal ? I called the on call she said go in if it gets worst but it’s not better or worst it’s the same and been almost 12 hours.

I also feel extremely exhausted and weird does this mean labor soon?
