Pains n mucus plug

I’m 26 almost 27 weeks pregnant. This is my third pregnancy my oldest is three n my youngest is one . With both of them I didn’t really notice my plug but few weeks ago I had a lots of what was watery mucus come out when I wiped n now when I went to the bathroom a chunky watery yellow mucus like discharge but for past few weeks off n on I’ve had what’s like she’s pushing down almost like Braxton Hicks but it hurts to the point for the few seconds I have to sit down or lay down n breathe cause it hurts. I’ve been having pelvis pains off n on for past week that would last few minutes then go away I’m wondering was it my mucus plug n how to make at least the pains not to hurt so much to where I feel the pressure at my pelvis.
