My roommate does hair on the side.

So I live in an apartment with a roommate and she is from Africa so she is black. Well originally our apartment complex didn't mean to pair us up and was actually planning to put me with another white girl (I'm white) and put her with another black person. I guess they feel that white and black people can't live together. Who knows. Well we got that fixed and live together and all and we literally get along so well. I literally enjoy learning so much about how she does hair and how to tell extensions and just different things. Well whenever she is braiding someone's hair and I walk out the client always goes wide-eyed and just stares at me or goes quiet. Kind of looks like they're shocked that I live with a black person. It always ends up good though. We usually all end up talking and laughing. 😊😋
