please help. how can I stop overeating?

Gum always helped me. I’d pop on a few pieces when I wanted to snack when I was bored. I’d also chew on ice while I chewed gum too lol idk why but I like it

Find what leads you to overeat. I used to eat out of boredom or being dehydrated.

practice mindfulness- be aware of what's on your plate, how food is fuel not just to make you filled, remember that you can always have a doggy bag to enjoy more later, smaller portions in general, most importantly recognise what filing full really feels like for you.
