Alva Baby website?

Question

Have any of you actually ordered directly from the Alva Baby website? How long did it take for you to get them? Were their any complications? I’ve heard some things but I really like the designs and we’re really not in a rush to get the rest to complete our stash. I order from fluffy penguin and gets here pretty quickly but I’m just curious because it is shipping from China.

*** update***  I forgot to come update sooner but I received my very nice Alva diapers in less than a week. That was on my order being shipped from their US stock. The down side to that is there aren't many choices. The look wonderful and good quality. Can't wait to try them out when LO arrives. Here are the ones I bought.

I've ordered from there 3 separate times there and I've never had a problem. I got my stuff in less then 3 weeks each time as well. And shipping was a penny bc I spent over $49. Super worth it for me

I just ordered from them 2 days ago, so I can update when it comes in. I did order from their US stock though. They don't hardly have a selection in the US stock but I just wanted a few to try bc it is about to be my first time CDing.

Darn it! I literally just ordered 5 diapers this evening from them. It does say on their site that the shipping could take 4 weeks... but baby boy won’t be here until April anyway so I was ok with that. Hope my order doesn’t “get lost”. Their designs on the Alva site are cute and less expensive then the ones on amazon too!

I actually placed only 1 order from the Alva site.
They ship from China.
I got shipping confirmation, and waited 3 months.
I eventually emailed customer service and they replied two days later with, “I guess it looks like your package was lost.”
The $14 credit was issued (which is no big deal), but I was really looking forward to those 4 newborn diapers.
After never receiving them, my husband and I decided to buy top quality and pricey Rumparooz from kangacare.com. They ship from Colorado. Worth it in my opinion
