Soothing Cramps in Early Pregnancy
Just wondering if any of you other mamas are using a heating pad for cramps? I’m nervous because I don’t want to overheat the lil bean 🙈 I read that you can’t take hot baths or sit in a hot tub when you’re pregnant so does a heating pad do the same thing?
