Implantation or Period returning after baby??

I had a baby back on March 4th so now 9 months ago. I exclusively breastfeeding only. I haven’t had my period since I’ve been exclusively breastfeeding my now 9 month old. But today around 3 in the afternoon I went to the bathroom and noticed light bleeding was a red/pink color. I didn’t have any cramping. Since 3 this afternoon I’ve noticed I only light bleed when I go to the bathroom. I know it’s not a UTI it’s not in my urine. Ivebeen wearing a pad to to check and its very light red. Anyone have this problem and end up pregnant? I had light bleeding and off and on lasted only a few days a few weeks before I found out I was pregnant with my son and thought it was Period and just happened to be light and short for some reason when normally they are medium heavy flow and last up to 8 days. But then a few weeks later I ended up getting a BFP. So I don’t know if it’s my first period returning 9 months later but I’m exclusively breastfeeding or maybe I could be pregnant.
