19 weeks and feet already swelling ..

Walked around and did some Christmas shopping and when I got home I was in such terrible pain. Legs were throbbing, my back was literally burning from pain and my feet ACHED to the point to where I couldn’t lay down and rest for work in the morning.

got up to pee and looked down at my feet cause they hurt and they were SO swelled. My shoes won’t even fit me correctly without it hurting. I have to work to support baby. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to deal with swelling and intense leg pain?
