any info ladys?

okay so when I was 16 I thought that I was pregnant. several positive pregnant test. I told my parents and after that war she took me to the doctor to confirm it. then I found out I was not pregnant. I indeed have a patuitary tumor in my head. non cancerous but I have symptoms like I'm pregnant. my body thinks I'm pregnant. I have maybe 1 period a year. or sometimes it's been 3 years or longer before I actually had one. on top of that I was told about 4 years ago I have PCOS to. crazy I know. I do have two daughters before I was told I have PCOS. God is Great. the doctor told me I may never have any. I guess my question is, is there any one else out there with the same issues? I just did my first round of femera and I'm praying for a miracle.
