What are you Gerald.....

Hey ladies,

So every other month or so I have been getting this weird bump on my forehead which then the next day proceeds to have little Whitehead on top of it. It kinda looks like a cold sore on my forehead.

It goes away around the fifth day or so but it’s a nasty little guy. My friends even named him Gerald and they once made a meme out of it😂. Anyways,does anyone have any tips on how to deal with this or even ideas on what it might be. It would help a whole lot.
