I bought a propper steel boned one a while ago and that does actually give you a hour glass figure but I really felt like it moved ribs around to do that, I’d move to the left or right and there’d be a small pop somthing in my waist painful aswell. They say you really have to work out your core to wear steel boned ones.

You just lose water weight but water weight is just put back on when you drink water
It isn’t worth the money
It doesn’t help with losing fat
