Blighted Ovum or is there still a chance?

I just had an ultrasound today and I'm supposed to be 7 weeks. Well, she saw the sac and immediately ran to get a doctor. They started doing a transvaginal ultrasound to show the doctor and see what she sees. They were getting a crown to rump measurement but still no heartbeat. At one point they had said they see a little something but its not picking up on the machine. They offered me a d&c; or to take medication to induce miscarriage and I declined. I said that if I was going to miscarry, I'd rather my body do it on its own. I had a miscarriage in September and I don't think I'm quite emotionally ready for another one. Is there anyone out there that had a similar situation and had a positive outcome? I could really use some cheering up right now.
