Insight Please!

So, I was due to start AF yesterday. Instead, I (think) I started 11/28. It lasted until yesterday, and was light pink to a very light red the entire time. I had no cramps, no clots, nada. I used 3 tampons the whole time- and I only used those because I was scared if I didn’t, I’d wake up to a bed full of blood lol. When I took them out, there wasn’t anything on them.

The only time I could tell I was bleeding was when I wiped after peeing. It always started around 10 am but was gone by 9 pm.

So what the heck is going on? Does anyone know why I would have started a week early and had such an unusual “period”? I usually start off spotting for a day or two, progress to intense cramps and heavy bleeding and clotting, then taper off to spotting again. I haven’t been under any extra stress, made any dietary changes, or recently gone off birth control. TIA 🙏
