Okay can we talk about this please. .

Basically this little girl was bullied so bad, she hung herself at 13 years old. AND not only that, But she was turned in to a Meme that was sent to her parents, telling them not to tuck her into bed, but instead, into a grave. Which is disgusting. The bullies were suspended, and thats It. Her parents, and other parents whose children go to the school, said their children have been bullied for years with little to nothing being done about it.

This whole thing and any others like it completely outrages me, especially as a parent. How do we even attempt to get this under control? Can bullies be held responsible for causing death? Can parents be held responsible? How do CHILDREN become so hateful?
