TTC with PCOS

Hello! My name is Jordan and my so and I have been trying for almost a year. I have pcos AND endometriosis I was started on Metformin about 8 months ago, I'm currently at 1000mg/day. I had irregular periods for as long as I can remember and in July they started to become spot on the day and time. I'm not sure when I'm ovulating or if I even am. I would love some advice on what could help. Maybe special diets, positions? Anything we really want a baby! We do t want to try to hard and become stressed out about it but we could use some tips😊
