Working out during pregnancy???!?


I have a Q for you moms who are into fitness! I’ve been working out nearly every day for 11 months. I’m currently doing Beachbody workouts(21 day fix). Are they safe workouts for early pregnancy? I’ve been using lighter weight since i found out I’m expecting. (I’m 5 weeks) I’m planning on keeping up with workouts all through my pregnancy.

Also, what are some pregnancy workout programs i could follow that are challenging but safe?
