i usually rub and masturbate till i get sensitive is this normal and then if i keep going through the sensitive point in time it kinda hurts and feels not good. i have to wait a min after until i’m not sensitive anymore and then start again

May sound a bit odd but the clit is very sensitive and you might be to tenses to keep going. I find putting something actually in your vagina draws away from the clit just enough to actually finish. Hence its a lot easier with a partner.
