Early pregnancy symptom?

I’m 3 days late on my period and the past 2.5 weeks I’ve been extremely nauseous on and off randomly throughout the day. Every time I want to eat or try to eat, I get very nauseous again! I have also been very very moody and today I just couldn’t stop crying about every little thing that was bothering me! I now have a white, creamy, odorless discharge that just began today. Any chance it’s an early pregnancy symptom? And should I test? If so - when? 😊
