Please help

Can I get some help, has anyone ever had this happen to them??

This is my 2nd month on here, I’m so desperate for another baby!! Every time I see one line on my pregnancy test I get so upset.😩😢

I had the Implant (in my arm), got it out over 8 months ago and I went 6 months without a period, so eventually got my af on 29th October lasted 5 day till the second of November and 34 going on 35 days and no sign.. because this is my second cycle in over 2 and a half years I’m unsure of my cycle length or when I’m actually due it.

Could this affect my fertility?? 😣

I’m not pregnant as iv taken tests a few times and all negative 👎
