Not ovulating. Please help!

So I’m pretty sure didn’t ovulate. I took an OT almost every day after my period and all I have gotten was 1 Low result, and the rest was 8 days of flashing smiley faces. The pic below is the one I just took I and it was still flashing. Keep in mind I started taking BC a long time ago because I was so irregular & it helped “regulate” me. Now that I’ve been off it, it’s a little better, my periods are just lighter and longer than normal. Could the longer periods make my surge longer and I have not ovulated yet? I’m confused 🤔🤷🏻‍♀️ or is there something wrong with me? Lol I have some lower back pain, and some slight cramps like ovulation symptoms but I just don’t know what to think. This is the test I just took and it’s flashing.
