I feel horrible

I'm ttc and my af is due this Sunday. With that being said I'm having pretty intense lower back pain and on the lower right side of (what I can only explain as) my uterus. Could these this be implantation? Or just af symptoms? I've never had this type of discomfort during any other cycle. Help please!
