medicine or what?

hey y'all need opinions! little back story last af was 10/29/17 was supposed to start 11/27/17. Sun,Mon,and Tuesday I had the lightest pink watery disharge only a couple times a day,(not enough for a fem product), I threw out my back on day after Thanksgiving and that prompted a trip to the er that sun. there I received a shot of toradal and something else, and he gave a script for declofenac and Flexeril. ok my question is would these meds cause the light spotting, because thankfully I was already "late" when I hurt my back and didn't have to add insult to injury (could barely get to restroom let alone deal with af!)
