Acting out 🤥

How do you discipline your child? On top of the normal "tantrums", my child recently started throwing food. He doesn't do it playingly or think it's funny. He does it "bratty." He will look straight at me and chuck it then yell or make a dirty face at me. Usually I grab his hand and say no. He will cry and throw more food. I'll make him special meals, mostly ones he enjoyed before and if he feels like being picky he will throw all the food off his tray!!! We've been struggling buying groceries lately and it's heartbreaking when you spent time making a meal and it goes on the ground where the dogs generally will eat it. What forms of discipline do you use that work mamas?
