Crib training one year old?

Have always co slept with my one year old, can anyone share tips to crib train her? I will not consider the cry it out method so don’t bother

I never co slept, but my daughter was/is the hardest kid I’ve ever know when it comes to sleep. I tried cry it out once, lasted 5 minutes and she cried so hard she threw up. Never again. You’re going to be getting up a ton since she’s used to you being there for awhile. If you have a SO get them involved. My husband has started putting my daughter to sleep since she weaned from nursing. He still does and she’s 21months. Good bedtime routine, warm milk, and then he holds her and puts her into her crib after she’s asleep (I know everyone says do NOT put them down asleep, but you do what’s best for you). For a longgggg time she would get up hourly. (She slept in our room in a rock n sleep until 7.5months before we moved her into her crib- preemie so she was small enough to stay in it). From 7.5m-11.5 months we were up hourly with her. We’d bounce her to sleep, and put her back in her crib. Repeat. Not going to lie, it was utter hell those months. But around 1yr she started only getting up 1x a night that we would have to go in there. Now at 21m she wakes up a lot, but she puts herself back to sleep most of the time. Maybe 2x a month we go in there and hold her.

We just moved my son into his "big boy bed" it's a floor bed. The first few weeks he woke up every few hours but now he sleeps through the night.

And that is why you don’t co sleep. You have started a bad habit. The only way to break it is to cry it out. Professional nanny here.
