need advice...

So I meet this boy in one of my classes, he is a little older than me and very kind. We started to hang out and get to know each other. Later I realized he would grab my hand when we walked and would always make sure I wasn't cold by giving me his jacket. Because we haven't talked and I am started to really get a crush on him I have to ask you guys if we are together or if we are just friends? He is very close and likes to wrap his arms around me, and everyone thinks we are dating but I have NO idea!! Please help, my heart and brain can't tell.
