Sperm Analysis test results. Someone with experience?

My husbands results came in and the only concern was the motility. 
It was below normal by 1%. Any suggestions based on personal experience to boost motility.

Take prenatal. Have him take men’s multivitamins extra vitamin C and Zinc. Both drink lots of water no coffee. Healthy diet. Buy opks. Purchase two stork otc kits. Ebay or amazon. Much cheaper. Ask to see if you can have prescriptions to Clomid cd3-7. I ovulated on my own but more eggs will mature and multiples even. More chances. I also got preseed. First try with all the above we got pregnant. Idk what did it but his motility were so much better. I lost that baby at 12w miscarriage. 4 months later we tried and got pregnant. It was Ectopic. Lost my right tube. Chances were now decreased for me. We continue the stuff above  after a break of 2 months. We got pregnant 3rd time & happy to say currently 21 weeks with healthy boy. He tested his sperm before the third pregnancy and his numbers were so good and improved. This is my story & experience. Hoping it can help you or some one. Btw initially we were label unexplained infertility and a motility issue. Don’t let fertility clinics drain your pockets. I researched. Tried so much and stuck to this plan.

There are certain foods he can eat (google) to help mobility and there are sperm enhancing vitamins!

My husband had exact same results one year ago. My RE wasn’t concerned because he had a Sperm count. He explained it as 3% of a over 209 million Sperm is still a good number but if you had a low sperm count than that makes things more difficult. He also said motility is subjective so you could give the Sperm sample to 5 different doctors and get 5 different results. Smoking and drinking can affect motility he mentioned so try cutting that out/back. Hope that helps.
