Men’s Vitamins?

Question

Can anyone recommend a men’s multivitamin to help with sperm motility/count/health/etc? DH is getting SA done soon (won’t start vitamins til after so we know what the baseline is first) but regardless of the results I’m thinking he should be on something afterwards since we have been TTC for so long with no success and I have been deemed healthy (we have 1 daughter who we conceived on the first try, so I’m hoping his results aren’t too horrible 😰 but I know counts can change over time (1.5 years))
FertileAid, One-a-Day, other?? It seems like all are good but I always prefer to hear about personal experiences. Anyone had good (or unsuccessful) results with anything specific? TIA!!!

I just ordered cassanovum motility and count for men. All natural ingredients including cassava root, zinc, selenium, vitamin c and B's and etc all essential for healthy sperm, I also ordered cassanovum plus for me it's supposed to help with fertility and make you over ovulate so not only you have better chances of getting pregnant there's also a chance you could have twins if 2 eggs are produced. Praying it works gonna start on Cycle day one 1/4 if af comes which I have a feeling it will... I'll update if it works or if af doesn't come this month.

My husband and I tried many different ones for men and never got pregnant so we thought how about u try prenatal vitamins  and after 7 yrs and 7 loses we got pregnant

The doctor put my husband on Fertility Blend for men. You can get it from GNC. I am also having him take Mens One A Day multivitamin. We will be going for his third SA soon.. we are in the process of seeing a fertility specialist but it is a long process for us. We are hoping something good comes out of him taking these for a couple of months to allow them to get into his system. It’s frustrating, I know. We are now starting year 4 if TTC. We stared in Dec. 2014. Here’s to hoping it happens in 2018. He’s 29, and I’m 31.
